This website does not use cookies, adverts or tracking. We do not collect information about you when you read these pages. The company that hosts the site keeps standard technical logs, such as the time of a visit, to keep the site secure.
When you contact us
If you email us, we use your name and contact details to reply and to arrange your appointment. We keep your message only for as long as we need it for that purpose.
Your health record
When you become a patient, a confidential medical record is kept, as the law and the General Medical Council require. It is shared only with the people involved in your care, such as the hospital where you are seen and, with your agreement, your GP. If you use insurance, your insurer receives the information it needs to pay for your care.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and raise a concern about how it is used. Please email us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (opens in a new tab).
